Iowa Court of Appeals orders new trial in pig, mower case

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - The Iowa Court of Appeals ordered a new trial Wednesday in a case involving abandoned pigs and a stolen lawnmower.
In a split ruling, the court said that accomplices cannot corroborate each other’s testimony at trial without other supporting evidence.
