MANCHESTER, Iowa (AP) - A northeast Iowa man accused of cutting his father’s pacemaker from his chest has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder and willful injury causing serious injury.
Delaware County Attorney John Bernau says Jesse Fierstine, of Manchester, entered a written plea on Friday.
